Alexandra Cazzilli
Symian by her father and Parisian by her mother, Alexandra has a 20 year experience in the Beauty and Wellness industry as Spa Developer, Spa Director and Training Manager. Having worked for the most renowned professional French skincare brands, she has been working for Biologique Recherche for the last 7 years as International Training Manager delivering her knowledge to worldwide beauty therapists and trainers.

Gift Cards
We offer special Gift Cards they are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they were bought for. They are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Late Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before the booked start time of your treatment.
To ensure all our clients receive an optimal service, if a client is late we will reduce the duration of their treatment by the equivalent amount of time, and they will be charged in full.

Minimum Age
Please note that our treatments are not available to guests under the age of 16, unless a parent or guardian is present in the treatment cabin and has signed a waiver.

Medical Conditions
When making your booking, please let us know if you have any health issue we should be aware of, for example if you are pregnant, have an illness, are taking medication, or have had a recent surgical or cosmetic procedure.

Personal Belongings
Le Boudoir I French skincare and its staff cannot be held responsible for any valuables that may get damaged, lost or stolen while you are on our premises.

Cancellation policy
In case you need to cancel or postpone your treatment, we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will refund you in full. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to keep your payment.
